No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising pixels or other tracking. Its fonts, photographs and films are served from the site itself, so visiting it sends nothing to Google, Meta or other third parties.
When you visit
The site is hosted by Vercel, on servers in Frankfurt. To deliver the pages and keep them secure, Vercel briefly records technical data such as your IP address, browser and the page you asked for. We do not use these records to find out who you are. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
When you write to us
If you write to us, for example to ask for a media kit, we receive your email address, your name and what you write. We use it only to answer you and to follow up on what you ask about. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering, and, where you ask about working together, steps before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)). We delete the correspondence twelve months after our last contact, unless it leads to a collaboration, in which case we keep what the accounting and contract rules require.
Who else is involved
Vercel hosts the website and acts as our data processor under a data processing agreement. Vercel belongs to a group based in the United States; transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Links to other sites
The links to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and the publications we have worked with take you to their sites, where their own privacy policies apply.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, object to our use of it, or ask for a copy. Write to hello@szkobelagency.com. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet, at www.datatilsynet.dk.
